Terms of use
Last updated 22 September 2026
These terms govern dbsigma.com (the “site”), operated by dbSigma (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The privacy policy and risk notice form part of these terms.
1. What dbSigma is — and is not
dbSigma is a private journal for a discretionary ES desk: London and New York Regular Trading Hours, one product. The site is a book next to the plan. It is not:
- a broker, introducing broker, or execution venue;
- a proprietary trading firm;
- investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to trade;
- a signal service, and the method is not for sale on this site.
We do not place orders for you. Any trading you do is with your own broker or firm, under that firm’s rules, and at your own risk.
2. Access
Some pages are public. The journal, checklist, trading plan, and reviews require a signed-in account that an administrator has approved. We may refuse, delay, or revoke access at any time, including if you break these terms or if we are not taking new members.
You must be 18 or over. You must give accurate details. You must keep your password and devices under your control. You may not share a login or attempt to reach another member’s records.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the notes, images, and reviews you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and back them up so the journal can function. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use, and do not upload anyone else’s personal data without a lawful basis.
Desk records are private to approved members. Do not publish another member’s journal, and do not scrape the site.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt to break into the site, probe it, or overload it;
- use the contact form to spam, scrape, or send unlawful content;
- misrepresent yourself as dbSigma, or as offering dbSigma signals;
- treat anything on the site as a live order, a guarantee of profit, or a substitute for your own plan and risk limits.
5. Futures and process material
Charts, checklists, plans, and reviews on this site are process tools. They are not personalised advice. Futures trading involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past process, past screenshots, and past results do not predict the next print. Read the risk notice.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the journal available. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free software, or that hosted data cannot be lost. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. We may change or withdraw features, including access, without notice.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. The site is provided “as is”. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to zero pounds, because we do not charge a fee for this journal.
8. Intellectual property
The dbSigma name, marks, layout, and original copy on the site belong to us. You may not copy the site or present it as your product. Your uploaded journal remains yours, as set out above.
9. Changes
We may amend these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms. If you cannot accept them, stop using the site and ask us to close your account.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any forum if the site or our marks are misused.
