Two windows
The same market. Two sessions.
London and New York Regular Trading Hours. ES only. When a session is closed, we do not trade.
09:30–16:15 ET
New York
The cash session, after the opening auction. All positions are closed when the session ends.
08:00–13:00 London
London
The main window is 08:30–11:00 London time. Trading is quieter then, so moves can be sharper. All positions are closed by 13:00.
Locked workspaces
Overview. Setup. Execution.
Charts use the ES1! symbol. We trade the E-mini S&P 500. Three chart layouts. No fourth.
Overview
Background only. Not a reason to trade. The daily chart comes first. It shows the bigger picture. It is not a signal to buy or sell.
Setup
The written plan. Intraday structure. If it is not already written here before the session, it is not a trade.
Execution
The trigger. The lowest timeframe. An alert is a reminder, not an order.
